What does EE offer?
EE has five different broadband packages, from standard speed all the way to up to 'Full Fibre Max 900' with average speeds of 900Mb, and all come with line rental.
How good is EE's customer service?
EE’s customer service is rated ‘OK’ overall.
In our February 2023 poll, 45% of over 100 EE customers who answered scored it ‘great’ for customer service, and almost 18% rated it ‘poor’.
What EE broadband speeds can I get?
EE has a number of different broadband packages to choose from, depending on what speed you're after, including:
- Standard broadband with landline (10Mb)
- Fibre broadband (36Mb)
- Fibre Plus (67Mb)
- Full Fibre Max 100 (100Mb)
- Full Fibre Max 500 (500Mb)
- Full Fibre Max Gigabit (900Mb)

EE's broadband packages can be bought without line rental, but the firm currently offers call add-ons including Anytime calls to UK landlines and mobiles and Anytime UK & International Calls.
